It's been a while since I painted any fantasy minis, so over the weekend I did the first of a dwarven warband, Asgeir Redbeard, by Reaper.
On the workbench, primed and based, are three axe-wielding dwarven warriors and two crossbowmen. It may just be a matter of time before the Kabad'zem enter the Mithril war.
Nicely done, looking forward to more batreps.
ReplyDeleteYou make those yoursef? How cool.
ReplyDeleteVery well painted look forwar to him and his friends making a debut on the gaming table.
ReplyDeleteThanks all!
ReplyDeleteShelly: Yep, sure do. Many of the bloggers I follow and/or who follow me do as well. It's quite a therapeutic hobby. :)
This is hella cool! alphabetalife.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteJessica: Thanks! Glad your Deloitte internship went well.
ReplyDeleteYou even got in between the toes. Impressive.
ReplyDeleteWhisk: Thanks! Of course these things are always sort of a "cheat" really -- the trick is to paint the whole foot black and then *not* paint between the toes (just hit the high spots). Kind of like if Bob Ross painted a dwarf how would he do it? "Now let's create the illusion of some happy little toes..." :)
ReplyDeletegreat blog! +followed
ReplyDeleteThat's great. Happy little toes, happy little toes. Love that. Nice to see some fun stuff here, after a week of drama on the blogs.
